W elcome to the Jon Van Hoff - SquidKnife Wikidot Homepage! My name is Jon Van Hoff. My band is SquidKnife, named after the great cosmic Squid God of yore. I am a 23 year old musician who plays computer at Stetson University in DeLand Florida. I have been in countless bands and noise groups, the most recent of which is Stetson's own Mobile Performance Group. I play guitar and used to be a jazz guitar major at Florida Atlantic University. I work with Max/MSP, FL Studio, Cubase and Sony Vegas. I am interested in creating new and exciting music experiences for a living and for fun, forever.
The purpose of this Wiki is to provide an easy to navigate portfolio which showcases various digital arts projects I have undertaken. The focus will be to document Stetson University projects for the Spring 2010 Audio Recording and Production class, but will also contain other artistic endeavors.
